SuperCamp Grad Coaching Program
Imagine your SuperCamp grad being able to connect one-on-one every week with a SuperCamp coach and having unlimited text/email access to this coach. This possibility is now a reality with the SuperCamp Grad Coaching Program.
This program makes it easier for SuperCamp grads to:
- Deal with unanticipated challenges
- Leverage new SuperCamp skills to create powerful outcomes
- Apply everything learned at SuperCamp to specific situations – in school, as a student leader, on a sports team, in extra-curricular pursuits, with friends, at home, and everywhere else
- Keep the excitement and fun from SuperCamp going into and throughout the school year
- Practice the techniques and life principles that will contribute to long-term growth, success and fulfillment
Grad Program Details
We offer Junior Forum and Senior Forum Grad Coaching Program. Here is what each program includes:
Junior Forum (for students in grades 6-8 in the 2011/12 school year)
- 12 weekly 30-minute one-on-one phone calls between your SuperCamp grad and the coach, Morgan Rich, OR
- 10 weekly 30-minute one-on-one phone calls between your SuperCamp grad and the coach, plus 90 minutes of parent contact time with the coach via phone and/or email
Senior Forum (for students in grades 9-12 in the 2011/12 school year)
- 12 weekly 40-minute one-on-one phone calls between your SuperCamp grad and the coach, Morgan Rich, OR
- 10 weekly 40-minute one-on-one phone calls between your SuperCamp grad and the coach, plus 90 minutes of parent contact time with the coach via phone and/or email
Once you register your grad, Morgan will contact you to arrange an optimal day and time for the weekly coaching call
Everyone can benefit from having a coach on their team and SuperCamp grads are no exception.
Parent Coaching Program
Parents, we haven't forgotten about you. We also have a SuperCamp VIP Coaching Program for grad parents who have a son or daughter participating in the coaching program. On your own coaching calls, you can ask questions about how best to support your SuperCamp grad throughout the year and you'll learn more about the communication, relationship-building, learning and life skills that we teach at SuperCamp, which benefit your whole family.
You have the option of arranging a weekly 40-minute phone call with Morgan for 12 weeks or scheduling longer biweekly calls.

About our Coach
Morgan Rich knows students and he knows SuperCamp. He has worked seven summers with us, starting as a Team Leader (TL), next as a Facilitator, and finally as a Lead Facilitator. Morgan has a BA in Philosophy and an MA in the Learning Sciences. He's also a Professional Certified Coach.
